Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sivvy.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Sivvy.ai is an AI-powered platform that creates professional websites from your resume and professional data. The Service includes website generation, hosting on sivvy.ai subdomains, AI chat agents, visitor analytics, and inquiry management.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity per account. Automated account creation is prohibited.

• Starter ($5 one-time): Basic professional website with 3 edits/month.
• Enhanced ($7/month): 10 edits/month, AI chat agent, advanced analytics.
• Premium ($15/month): Full suite including voice agent, custom domain, API access.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel or change your plan at any time through the dashboard.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, photos, text).
• You grant Sivvy a license to process, display, and host your content as part of the Service.
• You must have the right to share any content you upload.
• Content must not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing.

Content generated by Sivvy's AI (website copy, summaries, chat responses) is based on information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all published content on your site.

• You receive a subdomain (yourname.sivvy.ai) as part of the Service.
• Subdomains are non-transferable and subject to our reserved names policy.
• Inactive Starter sites may be archived after 30 days and purged after 90 days.
• Deleted subdomains have a 90-day cooldown before they can be reclaimed.

• Each user receives a unique referral code to share.
• Referrers earn $5 Stripe credit when a referred user completes their first payment.
• Referred users receive $1 off their first purchase.
• Maximum 10 referral rewards per user. Self-referrals are prohibited.
• Sivvy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program.

• You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
• Account deletion has a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel.
• After the grace period, all data is permanently deleted.
• Sivvy may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sivvy.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
